• Account information: Email address, password (hashed), and business certifications you provide during signup (e.g., SDVOSB, WOSB, 8(a), HUBZone).
• Usage data: Actions you take within the platform — articles viewed, opportunities starred or pipelined, search terms — recorded to personalize your experience and improve the Service.
• Payment information: Billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card numbers; Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy and security policies.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and request logs collected automatically by our infrastructure.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver your personalized daily intelligence briefs routed to your certification lane.
• Process subscription payments and manage your account.
• Send operational emails: trial sequences, payment confirmations, harvest alerts (internal), and service notifications.
• Improve opportunity scoring models and article quality using aggregate, de-identified usage patterns.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe: Payment processing. Governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Resend: Email delivery infrastructure. Receives recipient email addresses and email content to facilitate delivery.
• Anthropic: AI API used to generate intelligence brief content. Opportunity data from SAM.gov (public records) is transmitted; no subscriber personal data is included in AI prompts.
• Legal authorities: Where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users.

4. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and business purposes. Usage event logs are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us.

5. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed password storage, and restricted database access. For additional detail, see our Security disclosure.

6. Your Rights

7. Cookies

The Service uses session tokens stored in your browser to maintain authenticated sessions. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or by notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
