Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VĪQNG Intelligence ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VĪQNG Intelligence.
2. Description of Service
VĪQNG Intelligence is a subscription-based intelligence platform that aggregates, scores, and delivers federal contracting opportunity data to registered subscribers. The Service includes daily intelligence briefs, opportunity scoring, and pipeline tracking tools sourced from publicly available government procurement databases including SAM.gov.
3. Subscription Plans and Payment
The Service is offered under the following paid subscription tiers:
- Solo — $97 per month
- Team — $497 per month
- Studio — $997 per month
All plans begin with a 7-day free trial. Billing commences at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it expires. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any intelligence briefs or data from the platform without written consent.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service.
- Share account credentials or allow multiple users to access a Solo-tier account.
- Use the Service to engage in any activity that violates applicable law or regulation.
5. Intellectual Property
All AI-generated intelligence briefs, scoring methodologies, and platform design are the property of VĪQNG Intelligence. Underlying procurement data is sourced from public government databases and remains in the public domain. You may use intelligence briefs for your own business purposes but may not publish or redistribute them commercially.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. VĪQNG Intelligence does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that opportunity data will be complete or current. Federal procurement information changes rapidly; always verify critical details directly with the issuing agency.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VĪQNG Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost contracts, or missed bid opportunities.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
